Pastor Chuck and Pam began their ministry in 1988 and have been serving ever since. In 1988, Pastor Chuck Graduated from the Masters Commission School at Phoenix First Assembly where he met his wife Pam. After many years in Youth and Worship ministry, in 1994 they pastored their first church in Phoenix, Arizona. In the winter of 2008, God gave Pastor Chuck and Pam a vision to plant a Spirit-filled church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. And in May of 2009, the church had its opening service in a small warehouse space. Since that time, the church has continued to grow and relocated to our current campus. Pastor Chuck and Pam have big hearts and are passionate to influence the quad city area for revival. They have two adult children, Tommy and Rebekah.  Pastor Chuck has a golden retriever named Marigold. Pastor Pam serves in evangelism and outreach.  She is an anointed teacher, and operates in prophetic gifts to edify and encourage the body of Christ. Besides staying busy with family and ministry, Pastor Pam has a Chihuahua named Lily. 

Hunter and Salena were married in 2017 and began a life committed to building the Kingdom of God. They have 8 years experience in youth and young adults ministry, teaching a generation to live a life passionately pursing God. Hunter and Salena really enjoy family time and spending quality time with people. They have two boys, Luka and Judah. Salena is a wedding photographer, is new to homeschooling her two boys, and is passionate about standing up for our country and fighting against human trafficking. Hunter is a family man who genuinely loves spending his free time with family. He focuses on his daily encounters with God and loves to grow and learn in every season of his life and also loves a good pair of shoes. 

Keli and her husband Cory are passionate worshippers with a heart for corporate gatherings and a calling to mentor singers and musicians as they grow in their gifts. They are creatively gifted in leading spirit filled worship, edifying the body of Christ and challenging believers to grow in grace and press into the Father's presence. Although they have been friends of Living Waters for many years, they joined us as staff in 2020 and moved here with their son Zach, a talendted drummer, who is also involved in the worship ministry. They have two dogs, Mercy & Moe.
